• In the event you are not satisfied & prefer a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order via email at to obtain instructions and a Return Authorization Number. 

***HOLIDAY RETURNS*** Items purchased November 27th thru December 24th are eligible for an extended return period. Please contact us on or before January 3rd to be eligible for a refund. 

• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, merchandise must be in the same new condition as received with original tags & packaging, unworn, unwashed, free of stains, make up, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, odors etc.

• Your return package must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.

• Return approval is at the discretion of Cavi Blu and we reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.

• Sale items, gift cards, jewelry, masks, bags, hats, and intimates are FINAL SALE. 

• Shipping costs to return an item are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.


• We carefully inspect our items prior to shipping to insure your fashion is fabulous!

• If you do find a damage or defect we may have missed, please contact us via email at immediately so we can evaluate and correct the issue as soon as possible. 


• The easiest way to make an exchange is to return the original item as described above in our Return Policy and to make a separate purchase for the desired item from our website as we cannot guarantee its availability in another size or color. 


• We will notify you via email once we’ve received your return, and inform you if your refund has been approved.

• Once approved, you will automatically be credited to your original payment method less original shipping charges.

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund in accordance with your bank's policies.
